On this Blog Action Day 2007, I could have talk to you about the deforestation, about the way to choose cars that pollute less, about tips concerning the insulation of the house in order to warm less on the winter to come (even if this year in France it’s already here since several months)… but where are you in front of, reading this ?

For this year and without changing your equipement, this software will give you the opportunity to optimise your power save mode, giving you information about how much KWh you save by doing so.
PS : For the users not using XP you can manually set your power save parameters, by inspiring on these power consumption facts.

- Bouge pas, je vais chercher dans l’encyclopédie…
Dans une encyclopédie oui, mais dans laquelle ? Les beaux bouquins généralement exhorbitants qui trainent dans la bibliothèque, qui remplissent les étagères ? Ou encore l’encyclopédie fournie à l’achat du PC (où l’information a été rentrée par des experts) ? Oui, sauf que l’information date, et que tout change constamment, et en voici la preuve, sur un sujet que l’on pourrait considérer à tort comme définitif :
Cette information est toute fraiche, et voici un exemple de réactivité. Bravo à Microsoft Encarta ayant la bonne information, je n’ai pas pu vérifier sur la plupart des autres sites encyclopédiques, n’ayant pas de compte et ne voyant pas l’intérêt d’en avoir un.
Je ne vous parlerai pas des livres scolaires…, il n’y a plus qu’à espérer qu’à défaut des manuels, les profs se mettent à jour.
